Mom & Me
Ages 18 months – 3 years
Parent participation is required. Parents assist their child to develop confidence in the gym. The focus is on fine and gross motor skills and FUN! This class will prepare your child to move on to our preschool classes where they will begin getting an introduction to all the gymnastics equipment.

What to wear
For all girl gymnasts a leotard is preferred or for fitted shirt and athletic shorts. Please have hair pulled back and out of your gymnasts face. Stud earrings only and no watches or bracelets.
Dropping a classes
We require a 30-day notice prior to the tuition due date of the 25th. We do not allow mid-month drops. Please fill out a drop form at Empire Front Desk or email your class drop with your child’s name to
