 OUR Mission.

Empire Gymnastics Academy opened its doors on October 2, 2006.  Our 25,000 square foot facility sets itself apart from the competition.  Empire Gymnastics is centrally located in the heart of the metroplex.  Bedford is only 10 minutes south of Southlake and minutes from Grapevine, Colleyville and Arlington.  Call our office at 817-355-0000 or stop by 2001 Reliance Pkwy., Ste. We understand that every child learns and develops at their own pace.   Our classes give your child the chance to tackle new challenges at their own skill level.  Celebrated with cheers and high-fives, each new achievement leads to newfound confidence, determination and a desire to continue improving.​

Our gym has a positive training program for athletes of ALL skill levels. Our coaches are Safety Certified and qualified to train in areas of coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Our goal is to improve each child’s discipline, confidence, self-esteem and ability to perform. Your child’s experience here will be a strong foundation for the development of a mature, self-aware, and disciplined adult.​
